For Debian Lenny I needed to just add the lines in network-bridge-custom like this exactly :) :-

#!/bin/sh
dir=$(dirname "$0")
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" netdev=eth0
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" netdev=eth1
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" netdev=eth2

Now all my routes is good. In the vm.cfg just use ethX and not xenbro :) and the dom0 is accessible from all interfaces so your ifup script is helpful to isolate only one interface.

Hmm... I dunno much about HVM, so I don't know how that may impact anything. Maybe you have a different (newer or older) versions of Xen?

@Sam:

I'm not sure what you're asking. You don't need to duplicate the network-bridge file, you should just make a new one. In my case, I have the three networking interfaces that I'm using. If you aren't using a DMZ then you can delete that.

Ciao!

I like your article on Xen Networking, thanks!

Assuming i duplicate and rename the original file "network-bridge", to "my-network-bridge" is the following code all thats required for that file, or is it inserted into the code somewhere?

#!/bin/bash
dir=$(dirname "$0")
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" vifnum=0 netdev=eth0 bridge=lan
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" vifnum=1 netdev=eth1 bridge=wan
"$dir/network-bridge" "$@" vifnum=2 netdev=dummy0 bridge=dmz
# EOF

Many thanks in advance

Let me just say "thank you" for this. I've been so hopelessly confused by various recipes I've read to do this, but I could follow yours and now have my ideal scenario up and running which has elluded me for three weeks now!

If it could be improved at all, I would perhaps spend those extra minutes and make up some more appropriate IP addresses as I found thinking of it that way made it easier to envisage which machines were on one network and which on another.
